We understand that when it comes to making a claim for a damaged smartphone, the most important aspect is to have the device back and in fully working order as quickly as possible. With this in mind, our aim is to complete 75% of repairs on the same day using only genuine parts. On the rare occasion that we require a little more time to repair your device, we will let you know.

We repair all types of laptops and specialise in Apple MacBooks. We aim to repair all laptops within 3-5 working days, using only genuine parts and to the manufacturers specification.

We have a specialist team who deal with photography claims and we have direct links with manufacturers such as Canon, Nikon and Sony, this ensures that we only use genuine parts on all repairs.

We've got your back

Whether you are a business professional, an astronaut or a toddler who’s favourite thing to do is to watch their cartoons on a tablet, we are here to help and understand the importance of having your repair completed as quickly as possible.

As well as being able to repair and replace smartphones, laptops, tablets and photography equipment, we are also able to handle items such as smart watches, drones and games consoles.

Replacements

We replace on a like for like basis and depending on your insurance policy wording we supply either brand new, boxed open or refurbished devices. All replacements are supplied with a 12 month warranty.

Depending on your insurance policy wording, we will supply either a brand new, boxed open or grade A refurbished device. Should your policy entitle you to “new for old” we will match your device to the nearest model so you may not receive the latest version. Regarding Grade A devices these will have a minimum battery health of 80%, they will be in a pristine condition with no scratches, marks to the housing, all devices have undergone a Phonecheck Assessment to ensure full functionality as well as ensuring BLS, FMI and Google Lock status. Please note refurbished products are supplied with a 3 month warranty and new devices 12 months.

Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage induced by the customer, including but not limited to accidental drops, water damage, or any modifications made.
